Summer cometh here! Yesterday was 34 degrees. My washing was dry within minutes, but was invaded by a swarm of moths. As I put my kegs on this morning, one flew outta my gusset, and then another out of my sock! Cheeky beggers!
The brother of Pod (Day-Day) is also arriving shortly, so do excuse my quietness over the next week or two. I shall be climbing the Harbour Bridge, petting roos and being generally adventurous.

wow and I thought that when I first enountered an English vs American verbal twist-up was when I was living in Germany and a British friend of mine said she wanted to buy knickers for her husband. I naively snickered and told her I had never seen her husband wearing knickers before (knickers to me meant silly knee-high trousers) and when she turned beet red and said "I should certainly hope not!" I knew I had done a huge faux pas.
