What a story book photo this is. It looks unreal, made of paper, 2D. Is it a ghost story? At first it looks like it. Hmm... I love it when the clouds are like that. When you wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and something compels you to go outside and everythng just feels so strange. And the sky is a odd orange hue, and the clouds are like that. When ever that would happen to me when I was younger, it all felt so strange with the orange sky and the way I felt so early in the morn, I all ways thought nuclear war had erupted and I felt funny due to gas clouds. But your sky isn't orange, so you should be okay. I'm not to sure about those trees though. Might want to watch out for those. They look ready to snach up any one who gets to close to that inviting enterance...

It looks so simple at first glance, but there is much good stuff going on. That title says so much yet so little. I like your style.

Nightime? Daytime? Hot? Cold? Summer? Winter?

My goodness, you are SO good. Why oh why do you call yourself the bad photographer?

Love thinking of you out in your garden. See you on reypod!

This brave little rabbit won't be stopped by any rabbit-proof fence, is it?
It found the gate wide open and is going to hop and run in front of the car all the way to nowhere!

I like this very Aussie shot. Get out of the car, open the gate, pass the cattle grid, close the gate, hop in again. And then again 2 kilometres later.

Pod, thank you so much for your lovely visit to Avignon. Having you over is always such a treat. Do enjoy Lindt's for me.

Re your torrid shot I wouldn't mind having that photo hanging on the wall above my bed. I do hope you continue along that vein. Have you tried a black and white version of it?

Looking at your photo again it looks nothing like an outback gate, I got it all wrong (that's called projection I think. It has more of a city feel in fact!

I wonder what you were trying to achieve here?

Pod at the risk of sounding oh so weird, this photo is just like a recurring dream I keep having over the years. In a car in eerie pre-dawn light, I travel down the road,(have many times) turn into that road past the fence and there's a run down shack/house, deserted to the left.Inside that fenced area.Tell me that's not the case. Brrrrrr.

It's beautiful, mysterious and it's creepy too. I want to walk or drive into it, but I'm afraid. Oh, wait ... you are there. Let's go.
