TETRAPUS
Another from Sculptures By The Sea. I got up, as instructed by my French mistress, at 5.30am on Sunday morning to avoid the crowds, but can you believe it was almost as busy! Very worth it though. I'll try not to bore you with too many of these.....
So Nathalie, this is for you!!

beautiful b & w.
Great you visited my blog again
Pod you're a sweetheart, am so grateful. This is beautiful. Thank you.
Your photo is one I would have liked to take.
I've seen this sculpture before, on the home page of the SBTS website: bright, clean... no soul.
Your photo is different. With the B&W, with the morning light and the extraordinarily long shadow, with that quiet group of people sitting there as if picknicking under a modern metal tree, enjoying the seaviews at sunrise.... you created a surreal and peaceful atmosphere - just what I wanted.
This is perfect.
Thanks again,
Your French mistress
the shadow capture my eyes more than the fantastic sculpture, bellissimo!
The shadow is spectacular! Wow!!
This is not boring, nor are any of your photos or any of your text. I find you endlessly fascinating, as you know.
kisses!
If you can read this, you're in Cleveland.

run toto, run!
it's the dreaded duck with four heads!
silliness aside, great photo pod!

I really love how the shadow becomes part of the sculpture and adds another dimension to it. And the b/w really help bring out the very graphic aspect of the composition. Beautiful shot.
