HIT

Last night I either dreamt this, or I woke up with these words in my head. I thought this photo went with the words, so alas, again I lie to you all, the street art series continues.....

Last night I dreamt I got hit
My friend asked '...By a stick?'
My sister asked 'What, by a fist?'
I said 'No, with a kiss'

Just wanted to say congratulations to Steve 'Smartypants' Reed for his excellent detective work. The face on the wall below is Sir John Monash, and is found on the Australian $100 banknote. I would like to point out that to those who don't know, I am not Australian, and should therefore not be thought of as stoopid for not knowing that. Not only is Mr Reed a cleverclogs, but he it is also his birthday!!

Don't apologise Inconsequential...never apologise...;-)

I have looked at the photo..thought .."hmmm...interesting..but how is it related to a kiss...a brick..a fist?" (Nice little poem, btw).

Is it a bridge? Ooh lets have a guessing game.

Hmmm, it's some elevated light rail contraption, right? Really bare bones...reinforced concrete with steel piers I'm guessing. Judging by its overall Scandinavian minimalist design and the equally spendid housing project in the back I would have to say...I just don't know.

Do you have any background in the building trade. KISS to architects, engineers, and contracts is an acronym for "Keep it simple, stupid." Perhaps you were dreaming of a more aesthetically pleasing structure when the real world struck you and costs of modern construction slapped you down?

I don't think I'm winning the round of applause on this one.

I agree. Google Image searching can be dangerous, Eleuktra Starsoft.
I once had to get a quick photo of "Stalin" for a school project (I wanted him on the reviewing stand) and the on the third page was lad with his hand on his member. This was on a school computer too, so I have no idea if "parental control" censoring only blocks photo titles.

ok everyone bar mr starsoft seems to have taken a stoopid pill recently. there is a poster on the vertical concrete column of a person holding the face of another with his/her hands, and kissing his/her nose....see?

james/eleuktra - i have had similar 'interesting' google experiences, but i daren't mention them here....pfff!

What can I say? My eyes aren't what they used to be. I saw the nose and the lips, and the whole two people thing....but the kissing? I dunno.
