THE PADDINGTON BEASTIE

As we are on the subject of beasties, here is another I found whilst wandering around Paddington last week, testing out my new camera. It was in a really out of the way, fairly wealthy residential area, down a little alley way. There were three other 'pieces', one by a favourite artist of mine who puts the same character all over town in some great locations. I will show you those sometime. This is the end of Pod's street art section for the time being. I have lots and lots more, but I won't overload you with too much at once. What will be next I wonder?

Oh, what do you think of the bigger pictures? Should I stay big, or go back to small...?

Another cute picture, Pod.

And, what is it they say - isn't bigger always better?

Looks like an elephant with hives!

I have to tell you, I visited yesterday's picture about six times during the day. I got a great laugh out of it. :)

Big, small, what does it matter. They always look wonderful (and yes, I am talking about your photos).

I'm a day late I know but I shan't let that stop me - I love Where the Wild Things Are too.

Never been so keen on Michael Bond's Paddington Bear though. I'll probably have my comment deleted for that, I suppose.

The big is good.
Ahaa, also you wanted a better camera. That`s it, what DP is making to us. I have already written to Santa Claus and asked him to bring to me zoom objective.
I wrote very nicely, perhaps I will get it.
Do you already know everything about your new camera?

I like the cropping. Makes the railing look vital and somewhat less than the schnozzer.

Thanks for your Brighton comment. Odd to think of people just waiting around waiting for something to fall down for the splash. ...But not having been there, I now wish that I was....
